09-06 | Charlotte Literary Festival
Visit the Charlotte Convention Center in uptown Charlotte on September 6th from 11AM - 10PM to experience the Charlotte 2008 Literary Fefstival.  Featured authors and speakers include Karrine Steffans, author of "Confessions of a Video Vixen, Susan L. Taylor, former Panthers Player and motivational speaker Mike Minter, as well as others.

Tickets are only $10 for adults, and free for children 12 and under (max 2 per adult).

09-27 | Oktoberfest Beer Festival
On Saturday, September 27 from 2pm - 7pm come and celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Oktoberfest Beer Festival.  The festival will be held in the Memorial Stadium near uptown Charlotte RAIN or SHINE!  A selection of 300 beers will be available to sample, so plan for a great time, and get home safely!

Come out and experience Greek foods, art, entertainment, and crafts first hand at the 2008 Yiasou Greek Festival!  An outdoor "drive through" and "pick-up" station have even been added to handle the demand of Greek delicacies!  Only $2 for adults and free for children under 12.
